Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@ovrparclub.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Your reason for return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we'll send you an Australia Post return shipping label via email. Please note: return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Socks (once removed from packaging) for hygiene reasons
- Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (eligible for exchange or store credit only)
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@ovrparclub.com.
Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Email returns@ovrparclub.com with the following information:
- Your order details (including order number)
- Select reason for return as faulty
- Provide photos of faulty item
We'll assess faulty items within 5 business days of receipt and if deemed faulty, OVRPAR Club will cover all postage costs, offering to repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Guarantees All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. This Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made online through our website.
