Shipping Cost

It depends on what you're ordering and how you'd like it shipped! Just add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and choose the shipping option that works for you, and your cost will update automatically.

Free shipping is available on standard delivery when you meet the minimum spend.

Standard Delivery: Spend $150+ to qualify for free shipping.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Australia. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. However, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to dispatch your order during promotional periods due to increased order volumes.

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, standard delivery orders will arrive in approximately 2-6 business days and express orders in 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.  Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.  

Please note that although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee the timings mentioned above as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.  We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

Track Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website - Via the  Australia Post Tracking portal

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates. 

Authority to Leave
We allow parcels to be left at the delivery address. If you're not home when your order arrives, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect.
